MADE BY ANN WITH LOVE

Ann Gable is a wellness expert in nutrition, fitness, yoga and design. She graduated magna cum laude with her BA in Health Science from the University of Colorado. She also holds her NASM and Yoga Alliance certifications. She shares a passion for helping others reach their goals of optimal health. Ann understands the connection between food and how it makes us feel from the inside out. Currently, Ann lives in NY and when she's not working with clients at Align Brooklyn, you can find her teaching a yoga class at Corepower Yoga, taking acting classes in NY, NY or creating a new recipe in her tiny kitchen.
